# Launch your first Airdrop

## Getting started

#### 1 - Deploy the Airdrop Smart Contract for your token

Thanks to our decentralized application, creating an Airdrop for your token is very easy!

First, you need to vist our [Launcher](/airdropper-docs/features/launchpad.md). Then, specify the ERC20 token address that you want to drop and the total drop amount.

![For example, as I'm the owner of tAIR token 0x94ecc9f43bb4adbdbf446a791f819425298bf562, I would like to give away 1,000,000,000,000 tAIR and everybody could claim 10,000tAIR.](/files/0fPRYNegcA8e9fw0qukh)

#### 2 - Lock tokens in the Airdrop Smart Contract

Now that you've deployed an Airdrop SmartContract, you need to lock some tokens in the Airdrop.

![As explained, I would like to give away 1,000,000,000,000 tAIR, and everybody could claim 10,000tAIR.](/files/sLy1VaEJbeVtQiLedT8M)

#### 3 - Enable your Airdrop

That's it! When you are ready, you can enable your airdrop and share it with everyone 🚀.

If you want to wait for the right moment, you can come back and activate it later in your [Dashboard](/airdropper-docs/features/dashboard.md)
